Have you gotten over your Superbowl high yet. Commercials eh. Game - pretty good. Can't say I've EVER said that before...ever. Chocolate makes you say crazy things. Well seeing as this is a new year and I am trying to eat healthier I found this AMAZING recipe in Self Magazine. I don't like to compromise size or taste and that people is a tall order when all I have are sugar free brownies and a 100 calorie snack pack which I'm pretty sure are portioned for a 3 year old. So meet your new favorite treat.
Cinnamon Apple Slices with Greek Yogurt and Honey
Price: $7 - BUT except the apple you can use at least 10 times.
1. Greek Gods Yogurt (2.99 for a huge tub at Kroger)
2. Apple - 1.99
3. Cinnamon (free from my cabinet)
4. Honey - 1.99
How to MAKE:
Level - REALLLY EASY
1. Cut your apple into slices
2. Sprinkle with cinnamon
3. Scoop about 3 scoops (spoon) of yogurt into bowl
4. Mix 1 tsp of honey
Bam and EAT - only about 150 calories YUM YUM!
